VibeCheck AI provides AI-powered sentiment analysis services for social media content, including but not limited to YouTube comments, Twitch chat, and other platform integrations. Our services help users understand audience sentiment and optimize their content strategy.

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. Users are responsible for understanding their plan limitations and upgrading as needed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or have parental consent if you are between 13-17 years old.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform or interfere with other users' access to our services.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to analyze content through our platform, including compliance with platform terms of service and applicable privacy laws.

Our platform, including all software, algorithms, and content, is owned by VibeCheck AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform.

You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCheck AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
